This photograph of my Granny and Granda was taken in 1947 while they were on a day out in Bangor.
My Granny is in the very centre of the photograph wearing a coat with a broach on her right lapel and a song sheet in her left hand. To her right is 'Aunt Sarah' her sister in-law who only passed away a few months ago.
Well what can I say? This is my first BLOG ever but I think I will really get into this. I'm still not sure whether this will eventually replace our family website? Anyway, be sure to come back as we will probably be adding lots of info to this site.
