This photograph of my Granny and Granda was taken in 1947 while they were on a day out in Bangor. 

My Granny is in the very centre of the photograph wearing a coat with a broach on her right lapel and a song sheet in her left hand. To her right is 'Aunt Sarah' her sister in-law who only passed away a few months ago.

Well what can I say? This is my first BLOG ever but I think I will really get into this.
I'm still not sure whether this will eventually replace our family website?
